- When the number of devices detected exceeds the limit you've set.
- OR if your sensor goes offline.
We'll alert you right away by sending you a text message and push notification. (Make sure that they are enabled through your in-app settings). Email notifications are sent if enabled.
In the message, we'll also indicate the location name and how many devices we've detected. We send you the push notification just in case you have turned off your cellular connection. We will continue to send push notifications every hour, just in case you missed the message, and/or to help you monitor the situation.
In case we detect an ongoing party (the heightened number of devices is persisting), we will alert you again in 1 hour (by Push Notification) if the number of detected devices still exceeds the limit that you've set. We keep sending this notification each hour for three hours, with a maximum of 6 messages per day.
To see more specific information about the number of devices detected and/or activity prior to the alert, go to your location and select 'view recent history'.
