In case you keep iPads, AppleTV's and other always-on Wi-Fi devices in your home, this feature is for you! Our technology is able to ignore most of them in our device count, but an adjustment may still be useful.
With the Smart Detect feature, we’ll analyze your trend data to see the lowest device count over the course of up to 1 week. Simply choose the number of devices that you want us to deduct from your device count, and the adjustment will be reflected on your dashboard, timeline and alert settings.
To locate this feature, look for the settings icon next to your property name and go to your location settings Smart Detect. You can choose number detected, or adjust it to meet your preferences. Don't forget to turn the feature ON by checking the box as shown below.
